Get ready... it's going to be a fun self-discovery. In this 45-60-minute session in our Body Align Lab, we'll discover exactly how you can be better supported underfoot. Proactively achieve your best body alignment, prevent or rid yourself of pain, and move better because you have more energy and are so much more comfortable on your feet.
